Pablo Puig was born in Madrid. He initiates his musical studies with Maria Gil González and later he is admitted in the "Real Conservatorio Superior de Música" of his city where under the direction of Joaquin Soriano (piano), Luis Rego (chamber music) and Rosa Rodriguez (harpsichord) he graduates in these subjects with the highest grades.

Next, he moves on to Lausanne (Switzerland) where he perfects his training with Professor Aquiles Colassis in the "Institut Ribaupierre" obtaining the" Diplôme de Virtuosité" with Congratulations of the Jury.

Later he obtains the First Prize and the special Prize to the best performer of Spanish music in the "Infanta Cristina" Competition and the Second Prize in the "Ciudad de Melilla" Competition. 

He has given concerts and has made recordings having interpreted  the repertoire of single piano or  the one of chamber music in  numerous Spanish cities as well as in Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Germany (Festival the International of Hohenheim), Australia, Cuba (international Festival of contemporary music of La Habana).

Also he has collaborated with outstanding artists like Luc Urbain, Manuel Miján Arno Bornkamp, Susan Milan, Vicens Prats, Eric Devallon, Jaime Martin, Claude Delangle, with several orchestras ( Symphony Orchestra of Madrid, RTVE Orchestra, City of Granada Orchestra, Symphony Ochestra of Bilbao, Symphony Orchestra of Oporto) and with groupings specialized in the interpretation of contemporary music: Sax Ensemble, Proyecto Gerhard , Plural Ensemble,  Proyecto ENEMC.

At the present time he teaches repertoire in the "Real Conservatorio Superior de Música" of Madrid.
